Rev. Albert Ocran is a multiple award-winning Executive Coach. He is co-founder of the Springboard Road Show Foundation, Lead Consultant of Legacy & Legacy and Executive Pastor of ICGC Christ Temple.
He is a fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Global Leaders Network based in the USA. Albert and Comfort Ocran are pioneers of the nationwide mentoring programme, the Springboard Road Show. In 2020, Springboard pioneered the CoRe Programme in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation which supported over 23 million young Africans with skills and resilience to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Albert’s range of local and multinational coaching clients span several industries and sectors. For the past 14 years, Albert has hosted the weekly educational media broadcast, Springboard, your virtual university on Joy FM, Joy Prime TV and online. His the co-author of 26 leadership and personal
development books.
He was voted by his peers as Ghana’s 7th Most Respected CEO for 2009. He also received the Millennium Excellence Award for Motivation in 2010. He has been named for four consecutive years in the list of 100 most influential Ghanaians. He was named in 2018 as the Exclusive Man of the year in the Mentorship Category.

Taaka Awori is the CEO of Busara Africa a Pan-African Leadership Development Firm. She is a Leadership Trainer, Certified Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, and Organisational Development Specialist with over 20 years of experience working with civil society, the private sector, and various Government Agencies in East, West, Southern Africa, Europe, and the U.S. She, therefore, combines an understanding of international best practice on leadership and organisational development with an appreciation of the diverse contexts in which these principles should be applied. Taaka has worked with a wide range of clients such as the Open Society Foundation, Care, Greenpeace International, MTN, Newmont Corporation, Bank of Africa and the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre.
Taaka sits on the Board of the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) and the Editorial Board of Coaching Perspectives, the flagship global publication of the Association for Coaching. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
